Q. What currency are your prices listed in?
A: All prices are in USD.
Q: I just placed an order, when will it ship?
A: Most items ship within 24 to 48 hours.
Q: This product didn’t turn out to be what I needed. Can I return it?
A: Of course. We want you to be completely satisfied. We’re straight shooters on the range and in life. Just send it back and we’ll refund the full amount of your original purchase, no questions asked.
All we ask is that you wait till we have your return in hand before we send your refund.
Q: May I cancel my order?
A: You may cancel any order that hasn’t yet shipped with no penalty.
If your order has already shipped, please see the return policy. The real question is, “why would you want to?”
Q: I entered my address wrong when I ordered. What now?
A: Hey, we’ve all been there. Stupid Autocorrect , or maybe the autofill keeps wanting to ship to your your ex’s address as the default. We don’t want your ex to get your precious SF5 shipment either. She might think it’s a peace-offering from you, and then what? Just shoot an email to info@sf5lubricants.com with your order number and the correct address. We’ve got your back. Of course, if the order already shipped before you figured out your mistake, you’ll have to figure that one out for yourself. You can always order more!
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping time depends on your location. But we do ship worldwide.
Q: I have a question not covered here. Who can I ask?
A: There’s always one in the bunch. But seriously, just email us at info@sf5lubricants.com and we’ll do our best to get you squared away. If this is about an order you’ve already placed, be sure to include the order number in your email. Please note: we are immensely popular amongst our peers, so it may take some time to read through all of the fan mail before we get to your question. But hang tight – we’re here for you.
